So about this theory, I have an au for it! Yay! It’s a bit underdeveloped, but here we go. The third arc is... pretty normal. Everything goes as it did in the books, until the fire scene. Here, Lionblaze lunges for Ashfur, and Jayfeather steps forward to try to stop him. Both of them fall in the fire and perish. As a desperate attempt to bargain for Hollyleaf’s life, Squilf reveals everything about the Three’s parentage. Ashfur agrees to let Hollyleaf go, and ends up being the one to reveal everything at the Gathering. An unknown instinct seizes Hollyleaf, and she leaps up onto the rock and asks Ashfur how he knew. In this au, Hollyleaf has the power to make anyone speak the truth. (This is an idea by Roseshards.) Ashfur is forced to reveal that he caused the death of Jayfeather and Lionblaze. Horrified, the leaders agree to exile Ashfur. Squilf and Holly catch up to him and murder him. He goes to the DF, as he should. Sunrise is mostly the aftermath of... that, and Bramble, Squilf, Holly, and Leaf’s issues. It ends on Dove and Ivy’s birth. Dove is apprenticed to Holly, and Ivy to Cinder. CinderxHolly is a thing because duh. Dove immediately shows signs of having a power, and the beaver thing happens. TigerxDove, bla bla bla, etc. Ivypaw is jealous, as her power hasn’t come in yet. She does indeed train with the DF. Instead of her switching sides when she learns about the prophecy, in a training session, when Ivy and Dove are battling, Ivy suddenly dashes past with incredible speed, revealing her power. Dove and Ivy balance each other very well, as Dove is good at hunting while Ivy is good at fighting. Ivy agrees to spy on the DF, and that happens. About halfway through the series, Holly finds herself best friends with Flametail. THEIR RELATIONSHIP IS STRICTLY PLATONIC. HOLLY HAS A GIRLFRIEND. Unbeknownst to any of them, Flametail is the fourth cat, destined to unite StarClan again. Everything plays out similarly, except Flame doesn’t die and there’s a different cast of characters. Dove is still being chased after by Bumble, whose general creepiness is made a little more obvious. This eventually leads to a heated confrontation between him and Ivydash, (renamed for her speed) who yells at him to stop being a creep and stay away from her sister. In the final battle, when Ivy reveals herself to be on the Clans’ side all along, the cat who saves her life is not Hollyleaf, but Tigerheart. He dies, everyone is sad, Breeze tries to kill Holly, Crowfeather stops him, etc. Firestar still kills Tigerstar, that happens. After the battle, Bramblestar makes Hollyleaf his deputy, because she’s cool. Dovewing grieves over Tigerheart, but finds comfort in Stormcloud, who joins the Clan in Bramblestar’s Storm. The two eventually become mates. Since Lionblaze died, Fernsong never existed, so Ivydash got together with Mousewhisker instead, because Briss needs to exist. After Bramblestar finally dies, Hollyleaf will make Ivydash her deputy. The Three will live long, happy lives, all without Jay and Lion. The end. SHE-CAT POWER FTW!!!!!
