Very interesting video, amazed by how many different fungi there are! Personally I wouldn’t risk eating any of them unless I had bought them from a shop. It’s marvellous how the plants have so many uses including medicinal ones and I guess we probably don’t know the half of it. Keep up the good work 😊

Great informative video Steff, good research skills using lots of different methods. The plant that you mentioned being a relative to Giant Butterbur is Giant Gunnera, or Giant Rhubarb, now considered an invasive species in Cornwall!
