"The world is the totality of facts, not of things" I feel as though SCA-JI in DTRH2 ED was being very brilliant here by concealing the state of the things ( facts) and merely refering to Takuji as a thing , or an object that doesn't have an apparent meaning, or isn't deemed as a " fact", simply a thing that is jumping out of the rooftop without elaborating any further. in this ending, Ayana kept saying to Yuki : " it's nothing mamiya kun just jumped off" meaning that she was merely refering to Mamiya as an object, a thing that meaning cannot be derived from in Yuki's world, not that it's entirely the case, but in here she was trying to conceal the fact that Yuki was merely Takuji's seperate personality by not telling her all that is the case, but merely exposing her to "things" and what those things do without relation to what is actually occuring in Takuji's reality ( without providing reasons as to why the "thing" or "takuji" is jumping nor that Yuki is a seperate personality of the "thing" that is Takuji) e.q : "it's nothing mamiya kun just jumped off, it's nothing watanabe-kun just jumped off, it's nothing my psp just jumped off, it's nothing my chair just jumped off" you can literally label that thing as anything that's jumping off and it would still be a "thing" seperate from any logical inference, and exists outside logical space, because Yuki was oblivious as to what was occuring and had no grasp over what is happening granting she was merely a seperate personality, then the only way to quench that insatiable curiosity of hers is to tell her something that is consistent with her reality as a seperate personality, and what better way to do that other than to refer to Takuji ( Yuki's creator) as an "object" freed from all meaning and purpose, because it wouldn't make sense for her if she knew he was hosting her as a personality, it just would not hold any logical ground. It's more favorable for Yuki then to interpret Takuji's descent into the school's ground as nothing but an object falling off the roof because that will perfectly be consistent with her so-called reality, and would not deviate from what Takuji was experiencing at the time (DID) the proposition " Socrates" is merely a thing, an object, but "Socrates is a philosopher" and " Socrates is a person" are facts that can be infered on. in the same way " Takuji mamiya jumping off" is merely a thing that's jumping off, but " Takuji the creator of Yuki" is a fact and can be infered on, but Ayana prevented Yuki from following such a train of thought by denying the state of things, and merely describing the things. ( Mamiya jumping off) since the facts can never be comprehended by Yuki granting she was a personality. this is just mere intuition but I really feel as if sca-ji was deliberately trying to represent Takuji as a "thing" for Yuki because the truth was so beyond her reach at that point, and since the only person that could unveil the facts for her have just died, then there was no way for her to even comprehend the state of things in Takuji's world, since he had a better grasp on the reality that he created, she could only comprehend his existence as a "thing", that's why Ayana kept on saying "it's nothing, Mamiya-kun ( the thing) just jumped off"

Finished the VN months ago and the concept of the end sky is still one of the subjects I'm unable to comprehend. Also in Kimika's ending in It's my own Invention, did Kimika kill Hasaki offscreen after Tomosane was beaten? Because Hasaki wasn't present in the roof to supposedly save Takuji from falling.

Its not worth questioning considering how its a alternate route, despite it being 1 of the best endings.
@Suika182 Жыл бұрын
Most likely, cause in Which Dreamed It she says she could kill her so she won't be able to stop Takuji/the real Tomosane but says she'll spare her, impyling she did it in alternate routes.....that or she doesn't arrive in time to stop her brother from jumping.

Im pretty sure the "End Sky" is a term with no specific meaning, but rather an abstract which depends of the context, and is also highly interpretable. My interpretation is that the end sky refers to the point in which your inner world (your perception) ends and the outer world ("reality") begins, if it even exists, and that is why its the furthest sky, since it literally is the limit of te infinity that is your consciousness, an impossibly far point. I think thats maybe why yuki sees the end sky and her consciousness breaks down here at the end, since the original body just crashed against the ground (mamiya jumped off) and yuki, which is no more than an illusory personality, fades into nonexistence rather than perceive herself as dying, since it'd make no sense for her to be bleeding on the ground cause the one who jumped was takuji, not yuki, and mamiya's brain, especially in yuki's perception, manipulates the perception of reality to avoid inconsistencies. Thats just my interpretation tho

@@joseluisgaliano1791 Most likely, even though it's probably a reference to how Yukito finally sees the end sky after PC-98 Takuji jumps off the roof in the original game.

can someone explain dtrh 2 ending and how it contextualize dtrh 1? I just finished dtrh and yet to start imoi
@cecilleonhart85536 ай бұрын
subahibi is the sort of VN that lets you foreshadow and draw out your own conclusions before actually getting to know the truth, DTRH really just sets the tone for the story, though I don't think that'd be the case once you finish reading the VN since Jabberwocky is inevitably going to answer your questions. my only advice is to not look up subahibi online or try to quench your curiosity until you finish it
