Nice, plain simple and easy. Since the title is pure sadness, It need not be so structural ( as in you go in beat by beat), Im sure you can put more sadness emotion into this song. Triplets and pause is useful in such case.

For some reason I thought I've already commented on this video....=I Anywho, I thought you did a very great job on this piece. Very nice composition on the cello as well. It really depicts an aura of sadness. =) Perhaps a very minor thing that kinda fell flat for me was the piano bass part, for some reason they kinda lack some dynamics on it. But it wasn't a major issue.
