DOWNHILL MTB RIDING ON THE 29ER!!

It was so sick to be back riding MTB with Harry Main. I drove to Antur Stiniog bike park in north wales to meet up and hit some DH tracks which was epic. It was cool to ride the 29er wolf ridge MTB again too!!

10:05 Cross training could probably help. Go for a run, put in some miles on the road bike/trainer.In general, action sports athletes don't tend to cross train enough, probably because the inherently fun nature of our sports makes training seem a lot more arduous by comparison.

Ehh that’s true but in some places they have red lines which are more than double black, but they aren’t common, and from what I’ve seen, they’re not particularly more advanced than double blacks. Also known as pro trails.
