At last, I downloaded python-data. It would have been earlier if only I had read the sentence 'Python version should be 3.4-3.8' earlier. I was trying Python 3.10!!! Thank you for this amazing technique brother. May Allah bless you.

Yes I did. I was later able to fix that. But I have another issue When I try downloading, it fails and shows 'html parse' error

Thanks I've tried the version 3.8 too but it is still showing the above error. I've also added the path of the coursera-dl.exe in environment variable but Its still giving me the same error.
