Download MODIS Terra image from EarthExplorer

Sir can we use this MODIS Data for NDSI if we reclassify into 2 classes snow free and snow covered , is it i use Band for that like normally Band use for NDSI calculation if it possible what will be the threshold value for that Sir my research on NDSI please help is it possible or not

Yes you are right, But you can search by place name or state name
