I really went ahead and made a Doopliss mod just for the funsies. Have fun and enjoy!
THIS IS A ONE-SONG DEMO AT THE MOMENT. It started as a one-song mod against Doopliss only, but we plan on adding more in the future and expanding on it to become a full-fledged Paper Mario TTYD x FNF mod! Keep an eye out!

i love how, not only the BF changing to the shadow form just like the game it's based Doopliss, but also the NPC BF having slightly difference in his sprites just like when Doopliss tries to steals Mario's identity

Yep, in the game, the purple one is technically Doopliss until after the fight ends, then they switch.

What a great remix with some really great art! I especially love the detail that Doopliss BF's sprites are a little more uncanny than actual BF's, but only to a very slight degree, just like in TTYD!

The motifs from both the boss fight and the encounter, the Vivian GF reskin, the BF animation change to insinuate that its actually Doo_liss and not the player, and that fact that you actually play as the purple fake BF is just amazing. I really hope that one day they'll be a full solid TTYD mod, cause this game brings so many memories, and I feel like there's a lot of potential with the characters in the game.

TTYD is such a great game. I played it from start to finish a few months ago and it's a lot better than I remembered (but to be fair I was like 4y/o and I just jumped around Rougeport lol). The whole ordeal wirh Doopliss was so fun and strange and just...done right. Made backtracking actually enjoyable lol
