I see people complaining about how "useless" this video is in the comments. I think you all forget how useful this is for someone planning on buying a PS4 who wants to know how downloads on PSN work (i.e. does one get to re-download games after redeeming codes or buying them and similar). I found it very useful as I am planning to buy one soon and want to know what I get before I invest any money (especially when buying bundles that come with digital downloads and not physical discs).

I'm having an issue where the single player and multi player options aren't there. *UPDATE* Go into the app and add it to your download queue and it will download. Make sure it's on your primary PS4 as well. Hope I helped!

@@mrbrazuca7571 there is a playstation app that you can download to your phone. You can also go to the website and sign in. There you can look up games and set them to download on your playstation. You just have to make sure that it's set to your primary playstation. To do that you go Settings>Account Management>Activate as Primary PS4>Activate.

I have already purchased Grand Theft Auto 5 on the PlayStation store but recently everything on my PS4 was deleted so when I tried to download it again I was unable to. It will not appear in my library and when I go into the store it only gives me the special edition versions of the game but tells me they are not available for purchase because I have already purchased it and still doesn't offer me a chance to download the game no matter how hard I look I can't find anyone else with this problem and no way to fix it but now looking and other comments on this video it seems you don't give a shit, why would you care about your paying customer's who deal with this stuff every day and still keep supporting your company even though you don't do anything to help us.

When I delete a disc game from storage and reinstall later why does it only copy files then just downloads update. Does it not have to install. Like gta it takes forever to install, I deleted it one time and next time I reinstall it just copies within a few secs that's it

Usually it has to install not download.if you are using a jailbreak.

Why doesn't the mobile app have a library function? It's annoying that it doesn't. Using the store on the mobile app to download is a hit or miss mess whether or not it will let you download it or not. This needs fixed. Also what's annoying is that when I search through the store content via the PS4, when I back out of an item I am viewing such as a trailer or details of a game, it takes me back to the top of the main page. Will you please fix this store. It's pretty poor quality
