Downside of the Airbnb, local police officers were on-site to kick those bad people out of the house

We had a one night booking, this person mentioned his house having issue with water heater, need a place to stay with his family of 6. Then I was trying to help them allowed the booking.
Turned out they are lying and had a party there with 15-25 people there. My neighbor was complaining. Then I called the police officer to kick them out.
