Can't recommend the Micro-Air EasyTouch thermostats enough. One of, if not my favorite, improvements I've made. I can check on and adjust the temperature from anywhere but the biggest things has simply been automatic heat an AC. In the spring and fall it can get cold enough at night to need the heat, but warm enough in the morning (especially with the black nose cap in the sun) that I need the AC. For full-timing, having it automatically switch modes as needed was a game changer. The Easy Start has been a huge plus too. Both on generator and if I'm visiting friends/family and only have a 15 or 20 amp outlet to plug into. And customer support when I had an issue and needed some troubleshooting help was fantastic. Same for Hughes Power.

When looking at new RV’s look into the plumbing. Many manufactures are putting sub standard plumbing parts in them. If it’s not allowed by code in your house, it shouldn’t be in a RV😊

Protect a plug - $35.00 for cheap tupperware?
@cindywold21644 күн бұрын
Yes, if it was cheap Tupperware that is made for indoor use, degrades quickly when exposed to the outdoors and leaks when the sides of the container are compromised causing the inability of the lid to seal and the plug becoming wet, then $35 would be ridiculous. However, for a product that was designed to lay stable and flat on the ground while accommodating large/ bulky 50 amp plugs and cords, be open on the ends allowing for ventilation and heat dissipation while due to the design of the flange, still prevents water intrusion even in wind and driving rain, made from a recycled plastic that is stable and pliable at both very low temperatures and direct sun with added UV protectant, stacks onto itself becoming a useful container when not in use and made in the USA, $35 is quite appropriate.
