Hey I'm entering your giveaway for the cluster chain. Finally somebody that understands what I went through with these people. Back in December I had a chain delivered to me from shop gld and I was excited at first but then I started having that same problem with the clasp. I emailed them and even sent it back and of course the same problem and just after doing it over and over they no longer reached out to me so I was left with a chain that wouldn't even stay on and for CHRISTMAS at that. Hopefully i get lucky and put some closure to this chain they really need to do better.

So I took a pair of players to the clasp and it fixed it instantly. If you don’t trust yourself take it to a jeweler near you to have the clamp adjusted. The watch clamp is a different story. I did this method To my micro cluster bracket and it worked just fine. Man’s gotta point tho it’s not right.

Yea they nicked me too. Ordered 2 prongset Cuban link necklaces and the clasp was janky as well and the other chain you couldn’t even open the clasp! And once i pried it open with a knife, the clasp became janky like the other! Also swapped out a 7” bracelet for an 8” and i still haven’t received shit 2 month later.
