I've been listening to an audiobook each night before I fall asleep by turning off the lights completely and closing my eyes when I listen, and even though I don't have any issues with falling asleep normally, it makes me so relaxed! I get through one full audiobook in around 4 days to a week depending! :D Your audiobooks have made me feel super relaxed, I finished the Beauty and the Beast one last night after eating away at it for a few nights, and I'm super excited to listen to this one tonight. I need my teddy bear to cuddle with and a hot cup of camomile tea with hunny. I just added to my wish list of things I hope my future husband does for me....reading to me till I fall asleep. I love the background sound. I'd love sounds of the sea or sounds of the forest, birds chirping and the gentle sound of leaves rustling in the wind. Maybe even the sound of cats purring. That always calms me down, cuddling with my cat as she purrs.
