The Gadsden Purchase, or Treaty, was an agreement between the United States and Mexico, finalized in 1854, in which the United States agreed to pay Mexico $10 million for a 29,670 square mile portion of Mexico that later became part of Arizona and New Mexico. Gadsden’s Purchase provided the land necessary for a southern transcontinental railroad and attempted to resolve conflicts that lingered after the Mexican-American War.

for some reason, Eastbound 20 into Atlanta is “rare” on travel log KZbin, also 75 South into Atlanta 🤔

I have lived in Atlanta for 6 years. Drive commute everyday and I have never used I20 Lol. Its not that frequent by locals since many travel north or south to the sides.

Atlanta looks so rural. The city has a few tall buildings that make for a decent skyline, but other than that, from the highway, it looks pretty desolate.
@DaleyWhaley912 жыл бұрын
Lol. Atlanta is huge. It's called sprawl just like any other city like it: Dallas, Houston, Miami, LA, etc. Atlanta isnt' the only one. Have you looked up the skyline pics?
@bruhman57162 жыл бұрын

@DanielReyes-zu8em2 жыл бұрын
@@DaleyWhaley91 - I realize it's a large city, but it just doesn't give off that huge city feel like Miami for instance. It has to do with the dense tree coverage; you're not able to see much devopment because of it. Whereas Miami you can see the development and high rises all around you. If you drive from Jupiter to Homestead, which is the entire length of the Miami metro, about 120 miles, it's non-stop development. This makes Miami seem so much larger than Atlanta, even though the city and metro area populations are almost identical.

I'm having flashbacks of the time we drove to Atlanta from Birmingham (three 21-ish women) in the rain to party and I got so sick from being all cooped up in the car. First time I took benadryl...then I drank and drank at Guys and Dolls (I think that was the name of the all nude club). The rest is a mystery. The lesson here is: no alcohol mixed with benadryl.
