It is very clear compared to any other cbd. Notice how little litter and rubbish in the streets. If that was JHB or PTA or Durban the piles of rubbish would be everywhere

I haven't been to Durban lately but have been to Joburg and Pretoria. For such a small city compared to Joburg and Pretoria, Bellville is looking just as terrible...In fact, Bellville CBD deteriorated bady in recent past
