Really nice condo! The townhouse looks great. Love the views from the condo ones but too small in size. Those amenities are unreal though! 😍 Great video Patricia

Hey Patricia thank you for the video your content are top quality.Had a question if the apartments are fully furnished for rent? And how many roommates would be allowed to move in the 2 bed 2 bath ? Thank you!
@patricialing2 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thank you for watching and enjoying my videos! So, most of them are not fully furnished but some buildings can offer that but its rare to see. Usually in 2 bed 2 bath mostly 2 people live there but it can depend on your situation. Hope this helps :)

Looks pretty nice! Would you say The Beltline's one of the more desirable areas downtown? 🤔
@patricialing2 жыл бұрын
It depends on the person as there is many other places downtown! But I find a lot of younger people like to live in this area because it’s within walking distance to a lot of places

Too expensive to live there. Your Gorgeous! Why don't you try dollars and live in much less Expensive El Paso Tx. ? People are very friendly here. Did I mention I speak Tex/Mex that Means Juarez Mexico.

This video was posted over 1 year ago, prices have changed significantly! I would contact the building directly to find accurate prices! Thanks :)

Ya price is even worse now then when I posted this video back in the fall 💀

The developers obviously did not capitalize on the importance of outdoor space such as Balcony the unit is beautiful but without the balcony is a missed opportunity for the company.

The prices were actually pretty good. Not bad. Not bad at all. I like the fact that they had large closets and in-suite laundry rooms. Ummm ....stop saying "master" bedroom. It's 2023 - say "main" bedroom. 😀

Thanks for your opinion Janie, the audio on the camera could have affect in the way I speak for it to come off loud since I don't use a portable mic. If its the way I speak then not much I can do there lol, its just the way I talk and express myself. If you want more cinematic videos with music just let me know

This is a bit of Canadian Rise as well. People outside of Canada hear it more than Canadians do.
