Downtown Cleveland Tn residential and industrial update. The New PIE center and new residential

The PIE center just recently opened in Cleveland Tn. The PIE center was developed by Bradley County schools for juniors and seniors of Bradley county and surrounding counties for career development training. They teach career development in a variety of fields including STEM. STEM is science , technology, engineering , and mathematics . The PIE center is in the former American uniform clothing plant. American Uniform made clothing for a variety of jobs like nurses. Bradley county bought the former plant a few years a go after it had been shut down. There is also some retail space available for lease . The PIE center is on Parker Street next to the Lee University baseball field and Easy Auto. The old Sandra Mills hosiery plant in Five Points in downtown Cleveland was also recently renovated into apartments. I think they are a mix of affordable and market rate apartments , but i would look to make sure that is correct. There is another new loft apartment building across the street from Sandra Mills that is all market rate that is also in this video.
