I've been there by sail boat on the ICW when traveling from VA to Titusville FL and by car and we stayed at the Hampton Inn on the second floor in the end room overlooking the marina. Great sunset view! What a party town, bars everywhere.

A customer of mine owned and managed hotels and he had given me a Hampton Inn employee ID. If he owned the hotel I stayed for free, any other one I just had to pay $35.00.

Used the footage a few times like at 6:26, but went back and filmed each side of the street at a time to get better angles with less cars in the street

There are few homes on the island with acreage, pricing per acre goes down the further you are from the beach. Cost of living seems to depend on where you are coming from. South Florida is much more expensive. But call or text with any questions 904-760-9393 -Jordan
