This was during the week just when covid masks were removed. But even with no one around, we still caught covid in a restaurant.

You can visit that area any time of the day, year or month and you will still see blight.....the city of Louisville, Ky. does not want, nor welcome or encourage ppl of color in their downtown area and the few you see, if any are waiting for the bus....and most of the whites you see are tourist. The majority of this city and its white population...all head to the east end or back to Indiana for their entertainment venues....few ppl patronize downtown....save for the homeless. The city of Louisville, has removed all aspect of black homes, business's and such....they have no love for ppl of color and we are not welcomed downtown after a hard days work
