Nice! Stonebridge is a great area. How’d you end up choosing that spot?

@@LivePlayVegas honestly we are younger and coming from Atlanta. The main focus was trying to find a house that was newer and modern. A lot of the homes in Summerlin are very nice, but seem to require some renovation work in the kitchen and bathrooms and we were looking for something that was turnkey. It was a resale home that was built in 2021.
