The game is telling you of what they are choosing to be their collector. High traffic areas need a road upgrade. As your upzoning your downtown, your infrastructure needs to be upgraded with it.

Great series. I'm also using this map. Regarding your trains backing up, no matter how long you make the single track, they'll still back-up because they have to wait for the first train to exit the track before they can enter. I recommend using the normal double track right up to the terminal. Looking forward to seeing how you progress.

You solve the high rent problem by zoning more high density residential, or by zoning in smaller single family homes, sections a a time. If you just fill in an entire zoning area, the homes will spawn at their maximum possible size and it will be more expensive.

yea the game REALLY pushes to be very deliberate with the zoning. i think it's a good thing but soooo many players are keeping their habits from CS1 and not learning this

I would love it if Cities would add in more animations such as seeing citizens using the parking lots without the use of mods. The immersion would be much more lively.

You should start implementing more public transit like trams, trains, buses, etc. to alleviate traffic downtown and in other areas and have the areas around the transit stop be denser and more urban than areas that aren’t like the DC metro Silver and Orange Lines or Salt Lake City's Red Line

You should come up with some fictional people that were founders of Bixton, and name a few skyscrapers after them. Just a little idea to make Bixton feel more alive.

Smaller lot sizes lower rent. It has to be contoled as they move in. It will be an on going problem.

I think train networks in general should never be on the ground... where I live, they are nearly all above ground level to never cross roads or traffic... every main or minor station is elevated :)

I think the city layout looks great and feels very realistic, however, if I could offer a critique, I think some of the roads (particularly in the downtown area/general vicinity) are too curved, at least if you're going for an old western downtown vibe. I feel like the grids in old western cities are a lot more sharp, and less curvy.
