Doing most of my walk in and around Colon Street, this area of downtown Cebu City Philippines has the highest amount of foot traffic, and is always a pleasure to walk. If you compare to US, no security thieves are fiesting the storefronts. Thats why our establishments are healthy.rheres no big robbery act unlike before. This is colon street the oldiest street and city in the wbe philippines.

I felt much safer walking the streets of Palestine, Sao Paulo Brazil, Mexico City Mexico, Kuwait City Kuwait, Manila and Cebu Philippines. Latin America, Middle East and Asia including the Philippines are so much safer at night than venturing off to the city of Chicago. Chicago is the most dangerous city in North America. I pulled out my smart phone in Sao Paulo Brazil and keep hearing about shootings and robberies in the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg IL.
