Hi, sorry I'm not sure if you are asking me a question or telling me a statement. Copper fungicide is quite strong so I only use it with great care. It does need to be used as a preventative and can help slow the spread of the disease to non-infected plants. It can change copper levels in the soil so that's one reason why I do a soil test annually. It is toxic to fish and amphibians so don't apply on plants near the water.
