ROAST is the music review feature on GB INTERACTIVE. I believe the God we serve is a God of excellence and demands that whatever we do with his name on it must be exceptional. On ROAST, I take time to examine, dissect and carefully analyze these music pointing out the highs and lows.
The motivation for starting the reviews is to appreciate Gospel Music, commend the good works of many, and put the spotlight on many in the gospel fraternity, especially in Ghana.

I feel a lot of people are just excited about the vocal, but the song Carry’s a lot of power! The lyrics are so profound, she really got me crying 😢. Initially I thought the pitch was distracting the message but after listening again, I think it makes sense because it paints a picture as you listen. It’s brilliant!! ❤️❤️

My personal view - the ending should have been cut off. The song was right to the middle . The rest,No no. The plenty pitching!! Jesussssss????? Not necessary

Hahaha Thanks for the feedback. Now look at it this way. They took their time to let the music flow for the most part of it. Just as you’re insinuating, the song had done its work before the pitching happened. That was just jara or bonus. The position of the “plenty pitching” in the song didn’t ruin the song in any way. And it was NECESSARY 🤭, looking at the theme of the song and their aggression to see the heaven open! My two cents though.
