Lawson… that is my last name also. I married into a family of Lawson’s that were without Christ even my husband. But in the many years of our marriage, my husband was saved and 6 of his” agnostic” family members were saved. Many are now in Glory with my husband. It was good to see a Lawson singing gospel music. Brings joy to my heart and the music is beautiful. Thank you.

Well, I was like Jonah when told to go to Nineveh; the Holy Ghost rattled my cage until I said enough of this and when that preacher made the call I got up as usual for the dismissal song; but, when I reached to grab the back of the pew to stop myself from coming forward, The Spirit itself knocked my hand away and caused me to stumble out in the aisle and step to the front and ask for a home in the church. I was asked one question: Do you believe in and on the Lord Jesus Christ and do you love what He did for all of His people? Yes, I certainly do!! Two of the Deacons stated "I see no reason why not"!! A week later my dad died and that following Sunday I was baptized in the summer of 1989...32 years ago I started my journey here in this world learning more and more about this God I promised to love and who loved me and took me under His wing.

Hey I know the difference between Bluegrass and country music. Doyle gets a lot of his talent from WV. My sisters and I used to sit on the front porch swing and play music and sing after we milked the cows and helped daddy stack hay and put it in the barn. We didn't have a tractor, or any boys. Lol. I have seen Doyle many times and that is the first time I have ever seen someone make a mistake. My dad used to laugh every time he watched it. I had the second song "I'll be with you" sung at his funeral. We grew up listening to the Osborn brothers. What great voices. By the way, we have a Opry House that only has Bluegrass bands. We are with you man. We love it!
