Mind you, the tour was literally advertised blatanlty as TICKETMASTER ONLY, NO RESALE as far back as MAY. All of these people didn't do their due dilligence, and now they are mad at the venue? Why on earth is this news?

Hoping everyone gets this straightened out and able to get in. My 17 yo son purchased front floor tickets to this past Tuesday show in San Jose and loved it! He’s hoping to see her again

The concert was great if they didn’t get to go😂 but it literally say like a million times that Ticketmaster is the only thing that will work so their fault tbh. They are lucky bc some ppl got kicked out..

I had my tickets from stubhub and they scanned fine at SAP Center Dec 10th! How horrible for these people!

If we had waited for Ticketmaster to open sales we would not have gotten floor seats at all...we truly wanted to wait and use ticketmaster like Billie requested but they were already selling on other sites like crazy and we didn't want to miss out. Our venue in MN gave wristbands for all apps/websites... tha k goodness. We would have been heartbroken if we had been refused the wristbands...We understand what Billie wanted but u fortunately she has no control over pre-sales on other sites and ours floor seats DID sell out before ticketmaster opened up. So what were we to do?

If I'm not mistaken, these other sites that were selling tickets like General Admissions (which you don't need a seat number for) are probably brokers who sometimes post tickets before they go on sale. Strangely enough, some venues or even Ticketmaster itself buy tickets at face value or discounted rates only to resale them for a jacked-up prices. I think a lot of that happened during the Eras tour.

So... they ignored the blatantly advertised fact that resale is not possible and that face value is the only way to go, and now they're blaming people for their own lunacy? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Why is this news?!

However Stubhub shouldn't have allowed listings in the first place because resale tickets are invalid, so...

@@annacanada7545 i hope the trend of not allowing resale continues, resellers are horrible people. Last minute plan changes i can see, but people buy max amount and sell them for profit. That needs to go.

@@annacanada7545my Stubhub tickets were fine when I went to her concert Dec 10th. Never knew that there was an issue. I bought them from someone who was in on the presale, because I couldn’t get in on Ticketmaster. Had zero issues. What a mess.
