They engage in practices that mislead you into believing you'll have coverage when the unthinkable happens, and by the time you find out they won't accept your claim, it's too late. You think you can just conveniently switch insurance companies after a cancer diagnosis? That's idiocy. And contractually, they can absolutely make it difficult, and at times, even impossible to switch insurance providers. Someday, mark my words, you or someone you love will find out the hard way, and good luck to you when that happens.

It was originally, but when they extradited him to New York, they suddenly added the federal charges. Frankly it looks like whatever corporate exec has contacts asked the DOJ to make an example of Luigi, because they're seriously overcharging him. I understand people favor Luigi which will make this interesting, but he has more against him in this case than for him. He can't claim self defense plus it's illegal to even use a firearm in NYC on its own unlicensed even without murdering someone, and he can't avoid fingerprints or the gun found in his backpack it all matches the crime scene. It's an extremely easy case. He is more than certainly going to be found guilty. People are going to be mad, but we'll see what happens yes.. let's see what strategy an expensive lawyer can present.
