Anytime I get a notice on my phone that money has been sent, whether PayPal or Zelle or whatever, I log into that website to see if the transaction is real. I don't trust any phone call or text to be legitimate these days. Really sad that everyone has to be so paranoid just to keep from being stolen from.

I don't respond to nothing let them go to voice mail, I've even had messages telling me my social security number was compromised, etc etc banks never call you, they might send you texts messages or emails, even then i still don't respond gotta catch if I'm high, and i don't do drugs..

Same here! I get phone calls from scammers telling me about my social security number, then my car warranty and now I just received a text message my bank from Chase. I knew it was a scam because I don't have a Chase account and second Social Security and your bank will never call you unless you contact them for some reason
