The specs on this machine....that impressed me the most. the pushing force is around 110 lbs of force. Now thats impressive. Great video.
@digitrc2 жыл бұрын
That is impressive. I think I upped that push force another 10 to 12 pounds with the wide track kit I installed.

yeah with the new tracks. I have the original tracks... so I don't like pushing the dozer's limits.

Have you had a chance to check out the new tracks for that machine? Absolutely phenomenal not a single issue since actually steel not aluminum steel or what ever those dam tracks are made of. Rc construction project in Australia freaking great. He has a curved shovel for it too.
@digitrc3 жыл бұрын
I have not checked them out yet. I haven’t had issues yet with the track itself and when I have issues that’s when I usually look for upgrades. Where are those tracks available do you know?

Hello, do you know if there is an option to change wide chains that is cheaper than the Australian option. It is terribly expensive and the shipping is also very expensive.
@digitrc Жыл бұрын
I do not know of another option for the wide track kit. It’s very expensive.

Hi to you. not easy with all these stones. but it's still going well 👍 When I received my earth digger 4200xl, I checked the tightness of the screws, at least the ones that were visible. that's already a lot. and there we see that nothing is screwed up, and I find that unacceptable. it is a blow to lose parts or to make breakage. that's why you have to check the tightness regularly and that's what I do, and then the exagonal screw heads are of poor quality. that is also inadmissible. I dare to hope that on the dozer dxr2 and the dumper it is not the same thing?
@digitrc3 жыл бұрын
The dozer seams to be better quality then the 4200xl. I have to tighten screws on that constantly. Most of the time I have trouble getting the screw out. For the loader the dumper and the dozer this is the first loose screw incident I’ve had.
@nicolasberthon17883 жыл бұрын
@@digitrc Good, ..ok. If the Dozer seems more robust to you than the 4200xl excavator, that reassures me, it's good to know that in order to decide to buy it. As for my 4200xl, I really care about it, the problem is that it has play mainly in the balance. the axes have the impression of becoming porous and consequently enlarge. how to fix it I don't know ...! 😐 I don't know what kind of alloy it is made ... 😐 that's what pains me a lot 😔. the ideal would be to reproduce the arm of a stainless steel, in this case it would call into question its balance, its gravity, and then the jacks would undergo more efforts. in short, I will see in time

@@digitrc I've the same dozer, I got a tube of ' blue thread lock' , what ever you DONT USE THE RED ..... A drop on every screw, bolt, nut. Also I have heard of the three bolts inside of the ' finial drive ' back out & screw up the '' planetary gears inside. So pull the cover off & there's a retainer ring with 3 bolts that hold it in place, tgread lock & if the planetary gears look dry put some grease on them not a bunch.
@digitrc3 жыл бұрын
@@terryperrott9913 yep already had to fix the planetary gears because of that. Good advice though. Thank you!

Grass is boring, have you ever stopped to watch grass grow? So the construction provides way more entertainment. 😂😂😂 many of the neighbors pitch in and most even enjoy stopping and watching.

when I received my 4200 from rc4wd all of the bottom rollers on one track were missing, so check over these models from front to back. Seems like whoever assembles these models leaves things loose or missing on purpose cause I've seen this happening a lot in multiple videos.
