Dozers at the August 2023 National Pike Steam Gas and Horse Assoc. Show in Brownsville, PA.

This is the biggest earthmoving show in North America and possibly the world. The National Pike Steam, Gas and Horse Association in Brownsville, PA is known to be the place to witness a large collection of earthmovers of the past performing functional demonstrations. There is nothing more calming than watching and listening to the sounds of dozers pushing dirt. You could also use this video as a sleep aide by counting dozers rather than sheep LOL.
This video was recorded during our August 2023 show.
This video recording was done with my direct interaction with the operators of these earthmoving machines to create closeup shots of this demonstration. Do not attempt to perform this type of recording during our show and always stay a safe distance from the operating machinery.

Very nice video, like the previous with Euclid parade. At minute 3 the dozer seems to be a Blaw-Knox? Is it right?

Thanks, but the Euclid parade was not my video although she did a nice video. She also did a video of two Euclid dozers that I like to watch named "Euclid C-6 and Euclid TC-12 Working Together". I don't know what you mean by the term Blaw-Knox.

thank you for this beautiful video. The old dozers and crawler loaders were my old technical school: TD 15 ; AC 41 B, the Komatusu all crawlers from D 21 to D 155. Cat from 933 F to the 953 until the C series . Only i hate the GM noise: fuel consume for noise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Tks

That is a TC12 made by Euclid (General Motors) it has dual motors one for each side to operate the tracks of the machine. It is a very loud machine that uses Detroit engines to power it.

Is there any way to operate the machines? Probably not .

The short answer is no, but becoming a member of our show and working with the machine owners there is an avenue to operating their machines.

I like to spend some of my time during the show to just watching, but I agree being behind the controls is more exciting. We are always looking for people join our group and learn to operate, maintain and repair these old machines. Some of the owners will allow others to operate their machines if they believe them to be competent.
