DP-34 Combined Over Current & Earth Fault Relay (Setting Mode)

I have thirteen out going HT 11 kv panels each fitted with delab DP 34 and some of them with Delab 9000s but my main panel fitted with micom p115 shcnieder electric , now incase of E/F, OC and SC faults non of out of thirteen panels fitted with Delab Dp 34 relay gone tripped but main panel fitted with micom p115 Schneider tripped as setting of delab dp34 is already on pre active side

I will never ever suggest to go on delab OC and Earth fault relay because its response is very very passive
