Angie went out with her phone when we had an amazing northern lights display earlier, this fall. It was amazing what the digital enhancements did to make the photo look incredible. I asked her to take some raw images so I can process them in Lightroom and photoshop, and I didn't come close to getting the same results as what the phone automatically processed. Now, I don't know if I love the fakery and trickery, because that's not representing what we actually saw, but it sure was a shortcut and discouraging to all those Aurora photographers who spent so many years perfecting their exposures and their processing method to allow us. Now computers are doing it in a few seconds, to all of our advantage. I don't have a point, just a thought.

Hey Papa, I didn't know Jesus cooked eggs way back when. I imagine him flipping eggs in an ancient frying pan !! Eggs, yup, we've got eggs Bacon, um, maybe not, we usually don't eat bacon around these parts But if you really want it, then Yup, we've got bacon, bacon grease, I need to check my pantry ... Mooom, Mom, Mary ... Do we have bacon grease ??? Ok, yup, we've got bacon grease !!! Over easy, hard eggs, crispy around the edges ??? You got it. Coming right up, 8 minutes max !!!!! We have a choice, either synergize with the material world or synergize with the world of material nature (God). Choose wisely !! Devotion is not the only thing we need to do, one must add to devotion .. Devotion, Knowledge, Discipline, and finally, Service ... God does not give grace freely, we must put in the work towards God, to receive His Grace. If we do not work toward God, His grace will not manifest for us. The amount of grace we receive is directly connected to the time and work we put in to receive His grace.
