This DPA Every Day video showcases a day in the life of an Ontario elementary school student as they discover the benefits of Daily Physical Activity (DPA) as it relates to their life and the lives around them.
About DPA Every Day:
DPA Every Day is comprised of two videos designed to support the implementation DPA to enhance student well-being and achievement in Grades 1-8. The resource encourages healthy, active living and inspires students, parents/guardians/caregivers, and staff to prioritize getting active every day. The resource also includes a downloadable poster and discussion guide for the video.
