I do the Examen at the start of each day. Soon after I wake up. I'm fresh and totally alive in the Lord. I'm excited to meet the Lord at the first of each day. I look back at the day before. What was most helpful. What was least helpful. Even before the day starts, the Examen grounds me in the Lord.
