17:05 Note with the Dying Night iconic weapon. It isn't new, it's the same weapon you got before. As soon as you leave your apartment the first time, head to this vendor and he'll tell you that he has your "weapon" ready. Implying your character had put in an order request with him prior to the mission you were just on. You can then get it from his inventory.

Not sure if you're including Phantom Liberty Iconics in this video but I found one at the bottom of a round waterhole/pool in front of the "Roar of Eden" Building in Dogtown. Directly across from the "Golden Pacifica" Fast Travel point. It's in a box at the bottom of the pool. Was Legendary for me, but I'm Ivl 50 so not sure if it's a static rarity.

you can take the iconic weapon from the shop the moment you get home from the first mission you do with Jackie tho when you going to meet with Jackie to go to Viktor... you don't need to wait till the shooting range mission of the shop to buy things from the shop

You can just grab the dying night for free from the vendor as soon as you finish the first mission, even before you enter your apartment for the very first time, it's always been that way, nothing has changed, but the appearance has changed, plus a knife was added to the barrel that you can use to weapon bash people with, but the shooting range that becomes available a little later, has nothing to do with this weapon, that just gives you access to a different weapon.

The 2.0 update made me actually expirement with other Iconics, before I really only used Guts, Stinger, and a random purple kanabo. After the update I wish I could use all of them, but settled on Johnny's gun, The Headsman, and Yinglong. The new perks are cracked and Johnny's gun with the Deadeye and Run 'n Gun perks is absolutely crazy, straight 1 shot headshots most enemies and 2-3 taps the bigger ones.

I really like the new perk system as well. Aside from the SHinobi skill irritating me (should be samurai, cool should be shinobi, whatever) I really appreciate the simplification and every perk is a lot more meaningful.

you can get Dying Light early in the game and it can be the first iconic wepon you get. After you wake up in your appartment the first time and walk to the second admenment, Wilson will say that he's done repairing your pistol that you left with him. You can then open his shop menu and it will be listed as being free. It's suppose to be V's Iconic weapon, currently doing a challange of only using that pistol to beat the game.

If anyone has 20 in body there is an iconic weapon hidden behind a door at the top of a shipping tower create over in the longshore stacks when you first enter the area, there’s an iconic assault rifle at the bottom of the deep fountain outside roar of eden by the fast travel icon in golden Pacifica and lastly across from heavy hearts club/black gem there’s a rundown construction site with some pedestrian walkways above there is an iconic baseball bat up there and a hidden room with a dude and a note in it EDIT for the first weapon I mentioned if you don’t have the body points needed you can go and look at the weapon thru the window and scan it then go to the stadium vendor that sells weapons you missed

You can get Dying Light after the prologue. Wake up the next morning, and on your way to meet Jackie stop at 2nd Amendment and select it from the menu, for free. It's the earliest Iconic weapon you can get, and you can upgrade it until you start finding better weapons

He‘s in the Dog City Market; where you land first once you reach the city. (Not sure of the implications it has on the DLC-Story should you leave the zone „early“ - if you even can.)

Ok! Me and my dad and sister figured out how to get crafting materials, when you start the game and when you're level 5-25 you'll see all over Night City loot containers containing white and blue junk, clothing etc. and when you're level 30-40 you start seeing purple and over level 40 you'll see nothing but legendary. Loot blue items and dismantle them for Tier 2 crafting materials loot purple dismantle for Tier 3 and so on. I started picking up weapons, junk and clothing and dismantle them for crafting materials 😃👍

You do not need lvl 20 Technical ability to get the sword. The door you need to unlock is only lvl 10. I went back and got it after missing it in the mission and only have lvl 10 Technical ability.

If you pick up his journal and hack it you can read his entries. He was considering killing Yorinobu. Probably why he bought the sword.
