the thing i will say is if you have aim assist really high you can’t hit weak points headshots because it’ll just keep dragging you down towards there body

@@apheqzz I did not find that happened at all. All weapons have recoil patterns and move away from where auto aim starts. I find it best to have auto aim on shooting from the hip mode and off for hold aiming.

Not sure if it been said yet in your vods or anyone elses. But changing the ps5 x button from interact to square and rescue teammate to also sqaure is a must. You dont jump when trying to heal or trying to infiltrate. Since iv changed mine its been working great only issue i have some times is if my guns not reloaded but its almost always reloaded so not a great deal. Any ways hope this helps some people.

If you can enable frame generation you should. You do need a high hz monitor to do so but it makes all teh difference. I can run my xbox series x on fidelity with frame generation on with 60 frames minimum. Just test to see what your monitor can handle. Oh and great video as always DPJ. Youre gldoing a solid for a lot of the console players

@@manuelsax_9815 Yes it is, all you need is a VRR 120HZ HDMI 2.1 capable monitor/TV. Frame generation will cause the game to run at 120Hz and smoother than just regular Performance. A third "Balanced" option is also available if you have such screen, which allows for a lower quality more FPS targeted Ray tracing mode. FYI @dpjsc08

the issue I am having with aim assist on console is fighting against it for head shots. If i turn it all the way off, the game almost makes it harder for you to acquire targets. Turned on, and it auto tracks to center mass every time which robs you of those sweet head shots and crit shots.

I changed this setting to on and had fps dips and screen cracking. Although I remedied this by changing the tv setting for AMD freesync from 'wide' to 'high'. VRR must also be on. As far as I'm aware, I think you need to have a 120hz/fps capable TV. Many are not

I’m playing on PlayStation 5 and on Kingston inside the house you play at the beginning the frames are horrible. Even at performance mode sometimes frames goes down to 30-40.

​@@theingsinator2567 it will just have to be something that you will have to be mindful of when switching games. If you play PS5 and have the controller with paddles, you can make 3 presets and have separate button mapping for each. It's a little pricey but worth it if you have the extra funds. I really enjoy mine. You can also get replacement sticks if one starts having stick drift. May be worth looking into for you. Hope this help bud. ✌️

Idk about the aim assist on this game. When I try to aim at an enemies head, it always pulls the crosshair down to the mid level of the enemy. Especially with the bigger vulgus.

Sounds like a you problem to me chief. I dont see how needing to press your thumbstick is an issue, especially seeing as 99% of console games with sprinting is with the left thumbstick. Do you by chance have 24 karat gold thumbsticks.

I had to turn down the Mic Colume to 20 so i wouldn't blow my friends eardrums while in game chat. If you hear somwone that is extremely loud and sound like the mic is right next to their mouth, that seems to be the cause. Hope this helps someone else.

One thing I’ve noticed is that this game makes the ps5 overheat like mental, where as other games I can play hours for. I feel there should be a optimisation update especially for ps5. I don’t know about Xbox

Yesterday I played this game for like 12 hours non stop and my Ps5 just gets really warm, but not hot at all if I compare it to my Pc or even Nintendo Switch or Ps4 before.

I would recommend people really turn down a lot of the aim assist settings, with the default settings its nearly impossible to hit headshots because the aim assist has an EXTREMELY STRONG pull towards center mass. It makes precision aiming with snipers and hand cannons nearly impossible.

probably you're just got lucky. the game have issues across all platforms and the same issues I heard that on the ps4 is the same ones people are reporting left and right on ps5 and PC. i'm playing it on the ps4 while I'm still seen framedrops but i'm used to it on the ps4 at this point so it isn't affecting me much lol! although when I enter a new area some texture will take time to load... typical unreal enging BS performance on open world games, also while the texture are loading you can't bring the world map until certain stuff finish showing up. plus the game when I first download it had an issue that it stuck on the Connecting screen but the next day I boot it up it passes that screen quickly and I immediately start playing it, my friend next door have a very powerful PC, I messaged him telling him the game worked for me and I send him a screenshot of the ps4 version is running and he told me the game is not working at all for him right now on his PC as it seems it's stuck on the same Connecting screen that I stuck on on the ps4 yesterday.

You have to do it at the start menu screen not after you're loaded into the game. You'll see a blue X for options at the title screen. If you're in game, back out restart the game and go to the title screen, you'll see an OPTIONS menu with a blue X button prompt. It saves there.
