Instead of the red +ve giving to battery , can we give it to any 12v wire or it is compulsory to give on battery

To battery compulsory, as that's where the direct current goes to the fog lamps, which need high current. And it should not disturb any other current parts working. Should not short supply current to other parts.

For installing the front fog lamp mount does the front headlight needs to be adjusted. Or is it a direct fit As I had purchased one and facing problem while installing it.

Check with the manufacturer, from whom you purchased. Each have diff fitting

Hello dipen, I'm having dominar 400 2018 model. I want to ask that can I install hjg 4 led Cree 60w fog lights and hjg kz30 lights means total 4 lights on bike? Does it give any battery problem?

yes depending on your usage, it will affect the battery in the long run and sometimes electrical coil may get burnt all of a sudden since it now not only needs to supply power for stock battery usage, but additional electrical load too on the battery. Battery would be draining faster compared to stock usage.
