Hi everyone: To condition the battery I use mine occasionally as a USB power bank to charge my Smartphone. This has a beneficial effect as the voltage / amp drawdown is at a slower rate vs the compressor duty cycle rate. Doing so will "exercise" the internal battery properly. People forget most of these "portable battery inflators" have this power bank feature too.

If I were you, I wouldn't do that, these things are brittle in a way. use it for what it has been primarily made for. To condition the battery, regularly use it, may be once in two weeks or so. and do not charge with high speed chargers.

I relubed the Oring and installed. it was way too tight. also I tried to reduce the diameter of the New Oring. post that its alright. if nothing was changed in your unit, then may be the battery has come to its end of life.

I am not sure, never heard of such an issue. If you have ever opened it, it might be issue with incorrect installation. Else the pressure guage must have gone bad.

@wasintonsinaga7201 it's the o-ring that is found in hero Honda 100 cc bikes. Like splender , cd100 etc. It will be harder than current o ring. And slightly bigger. You will have to reduce the thickness etc by rubbing it on a polish paper and then install in the pump with some lube

I am convinced that the service life of the piston and cylinder would be drastically increased if the hose was periodically unscrewed and some silicone oil was sprayed directly into the piston. Silicone oil is beneficial to plastic, rubber and metal.

where the hose comes out from, where there are threading, towards the top side of the main unit, there is some rubber part but cant see clearly. whats the issue ?

@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs well, i disasemble my unit to change the battery. and then I assemble it again. yet, it still doesn't work. it turned on but when I try to inflate my tires, it turned out that instead of inflating it was deflating my tires. then I disasmble it further and check every rubber seal in it. well, surprisingly every seal is still in very good condition. yet I dunno why it cannot inflating my tires.

There is a stopper from where the sir is pushed out. That stopper is kind of a small sponge with a spring attached to it. You must have reversed that. Change it's direction and you should be good. Let me know how it works out.

@@vikrampatil4385 i am not sure about the inflator you have. Refer the vlog for Mi inflator. And it's not headlight. It's Head. Cylinder Head. And depending on what type of o ring you get, it might fit perfectly and work perfectly or might consume more battery. Please go thru all comments too, to understand things better.

Not proper informative video.... bhai jo rubber apne dali h uski thickness jyada h uski wajh se bnd hojata h device mere sath bhi esa hi hua tha.....tmhari video dekhne k bad maine same kia tha pr 2 min bhi nhi chla device bar bar off hojata tha charging krte the phir start hota tha or ek do try k bad rubber bhi cut gai thi....device bhot heat kuki us rubber ka size bigger tha or usko friction nhi mil rha tha phir bad mei original rubber hi dali or maine greece lgai rubber k arround ache se or device ab tak chl rha h koi battry issue nhi kuch nhi ....

My device is running fine after the change. Ache se charge Kiya and uske baad sab thik chal raha hai. No issue. Apko shayad rubber ka quality duplicate Mila hoga first wala, hard hoga.
