I level my Furina burst to 9 now and have her C3. So in my case I get 116% damage bonus for 18 seconds. A ludicrous buff. So I had to try it on my Noelle and went with her into the Hunter Domain for max pp damage. And saw beautiful 120k swings there :-) And I am sure others can get way more with a better build.

@@gintasasd Let me ask dis instead. Does maximizing a character's kit with their best team comp makes it unfair? Yes they're almost the same but dat particular heal kit makes her viable with Furina while Itto doesn't. HuTao vape vs Lyney mono pyro is gud comparison cause dat's their best team but, ofcourse may vary in different scenarios. example, do you run let's say Cyno and Raiden the same team to make it fair? I would understand if its Xiao/Wanderer, Ganyu/Ayaka cause they almost have same team. Dat's just my take on it 😊. And for Noelle Furina vs Itto geo team, I still think Noelle can't close the gap but its still gud to see. If there's Geo healer definitely Itto will demolish Noelle.
