This second bricklayer doesn't solve anything! We need generic draw & search cards for this deck that don't require certain cards in your hand in order to be activated and not situational stuff like Trade-In or Cards of Consonance (ditch 1 brick, draw 2 more bricks). A new ritual spell, that can ACTUALLY be searched with Pre-Preperation and is able to use materials from your hand or/and field, deck and even graveyard (if grave bricks were used, they're banished), plus a built in Pantheism alike draw and search effect.

I'm a Blue-Eyes Player, so basically I think it'd be easy to summon, searching it with Melody of Awakening Dragon, Senju or Manju, and Chaos Form/Advanced Ritual art with with Manju or Sonic Bird, even using Dragon Shrine to send it to the graveyard while you have a White stone of the Ancient so you can banish the last one to return Chaos Dragon to the hand, either way it's easy, all I need to know is the price and the release date

That's what they should've called. Like seriously, they're the same level and everything and yet this one is objectively weaker both stat-wise and effect-wise. Only thing this got going for it is that it can change opponents stats to 0 but Chaos MAX would still deal more damage through 2000 defense than this card can through 0 defense, so what's the deal? It's not like Chaos Dragon can attack more than once per turn, which is an effect I really think it needs for it to make full use of it's other effects, so right now it's just sorta eh and probably won't see play because a stronger version of it already exists.

To make it even better, if the opponent has more than 8000 life points, I would've use the Dragon's Fighting Spirit card so either my MAX Dragon or Chaos Dragon (I got both with 1 Chaos Form in my deck, which I can use Magical Stone Excavation [also in my deck] to get back Chaos Form to summon the other) can gain additional attacks depending on how much monsters my opponent Special Summoned. In small words, OTKO.

Chaos MAX Turbo uses Chaos Form. Its really good in the mid to late parts of the duel as most of your Blue-Eyes shit is already in the GY from your combos or settups. I run it at 2. Same for Advanced Ritual Art

If you make a deck based around these two dragons you can do some big things. Advanced Ritual Art is a given. Chaos Form can be searched using Bingo Machine Go!!! (what the fuck even is that name) as well as search either of these or Blue-Eyes. And to protect them from basically everything run The Ultimate Creature of Destruction. Plus you get out back if you summon a Blue-Eyes. In all honesty, if you run the right cards is a pretty solid deck. Only huge crutch is effect negation and backrow, but that's what Twin Twister is for.
