I think there are 2 types of pro-abortion people : the diabolical type who wants power over everything and everyone, refusing anything above him, being God, the right to live or reality. The other being the sinner who had or provoked an abortion, being confronted to the most horrible possible thing which is killing en innocent, and has to fight for abortion to run forward instead of facing the reality of his sin. We need to pray for both and tell them that the suffering and the blood of Jesus Christ has the power to forgive and give them a new start.

I remember when Abby was a new Catholic, she had put out an edict that if anyone criticized the Catholic Church on her FB page, she would ban them from her her page. When us old Catholic tried to tell her it was our job as the laity to keep tabs on the Church and the clergy and sometimes that would involve criticism, it didn't matter. We were kicked off. So, I hope she has learned somethings and learned some wisdom.

I wish Abby would speak publicly with dignity and Charity rather than with mean spirited words, representing Catholicism in its true spirit of charity when calling out evil. There is way to do that quite effectively and be a role model calm dignity and confidence in God, Who is in control. Why not say a public prayer for Trudeau. Evil has obviously gotten ahold of him. Same with Biden.

Adam and Eve they both sinned, first with their action and then with their word, weak but not bad. (Let's not forget that Adam chose to trust Eve in that delicate moment) By opening a small door you can see those quotes from the Church Fathers either as a hammer of justice against wicked women or as a hard and difficult test of faith for pious women. The woman is the second gift after the Garden, and it was man himself who crowned her (imagine a veil, a female symbol of dignity, royalty and then of sanctity). With joy for God Adam tells Eve that through her man will be reborn and become immortal (Saint Joseph, Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ). When they were kicked out they immediately embraced each other again, securing and comforting each other, and the Archangel Michael prophesied their salvation (the biblical rapture from Limbo). Saint Adam and Saint Eve, parents of humanity together with Saint Joseph (the Chaste Heart) and Saint Mary (the Immaculate Heart), parents of Jesus Christ (the Sacred Heart and God Incarnate). Joseph the Counselor of Heaven and Mary the Queen of Heaven. It has always been this way for the sacred service of women in the Holy Church: the consecrated virgins and the nuns. The ultimate divine reward is to receive Mary's veil and become her handmaid.

While we can pray for a lively and faithful congregation, inspired leaders, holy priests and especially a holy Pope, what we believe and follow is Christ and the Gospels. It is a scandal to have high profile Catholics proudly support absolutely contrary beliefs and our own Church authorities welcome them. But none of that changes the words of Christ. And it's a terrifying thought for anyone who is leading the faithful away from the truth that, eventually, unavoidably, they will face Christ for a full account. In the meantime, we follow Christ, the saints and the great minds of our tradition!
