මොකක්ද විකිනනවා කියන්නේ ? මේක කඩා ගෙන යනවද ? අද සින්ගපුරුවේ 84% ඔය විකනපු ඒවා !!! එය කියන්නේ ආයෝජනයට ලක් කරපු ඒවා. අපිට වැරදුනේ පහු හිය කළෙම "දේශප්‍රේමී " කියන විරවන්සලා , JVP වගේ අය ආයෝජනයට විරුද්ධ උනා. දුම්රිය බලන්න.වැසිකියකට යන්න පුලුවන්ද ? එකෙන් අපි එක තැන පල් වෙනවා. ලින් මැඩියෝ වගේ. මේක අබ ඇටයක් වගේ දුපතක්. අපි සමහර ලාබ ලැබුවත් ලෝකයේ නවීන තාක්ෂණය එක්ක ඉදිරියට ගෙනියන්න ශක්තියක් නැහැ . ශ්‍රී ලන්කන් ගුවන් සේවය හොද උදා හරණයක්. අද මුළු එකම අලුත් කරන්න වෙලා. කවුද සල්ලි දෙන්නේ ? අපි හරි පන්ඩිතයි යථාර්තය තෙරුම් ගන්න බැහැ අද ගෝලීය නිදහස් විවුර්ත ලිබෙරල් ආර්ථික රටාවක් යන්නේ. ඉන්දියාව පවා ආයෝජනයට ලක් වෙලා. මුන්ගේ ගල් යුගයේ ප්‍රතිපත්ති එක්ක හිටියොත් ලාල් කාන්තගේ වුර්තිය සමිති හොරු එක්ක තව වසර 5ක් යමු .උන් නම් හැදෙයි. "විකුනනවා" කියන්නෙම විදේශ ආයෝජනයට ලක් කීරීම. දේශපාලන මඩ ප්‍රචාර නොව බලය ලබා ගන්න "පෙර " තම ආර්ථික ව්‍යුහය (economic structure) විස්තර කරන්නේ කුමන පක්ෂයද යන්නයි. මෙතෙක් කිසිදු වෙබ් අඩවියක් ආර්ථිකයේ දිශානතිය පිළිබඳ සවිස්තරාත්මක ගිණුමක් ලබා නොදේ. JVP එකවත් දීලා නැහැ. අපි යන්නේ IMF වැඩසටහන සමඟ නොවේ නම් දැවැන්ත අයවැය හිඟය පියවා ගැනීමට අපි අරමුදල් ලබා ගන්නේ කොහෙන්ද? පාඩු ලබන රාජ්‍ය අංශය නඩත්තු කරන්න යනවාද? වෘත්තීය සමිති පාලනය කර පාඩු ලබන රජයේ ආයතනවලට උදව් කරයිද? අප ආනයනය සීමා කිරීමට යන්නේ එමගින් අපව අසාර්ථක පාලනය කළ ආර්ථිකයකට ආපසු ගෙන යාමටද? අපි විවෘත ආර්ථිකයකට යනවාද? අනෙක් සියල්ල නොවැදගත්ය. රනිල් හොඳ ඇමැතිවරුන් කණ්ඩායමක් ගොඩනගා ඇත. කාංචන, මානුෂ, ෂෙහාන් සේමසිංහ, සියඹලාපිටිය, අලි සබ්රි, වැනි අයට දැන් රාජ්‍ය යාත්‍රාවේ පළපුරුද්ද තියෙනවා. ඒ සඳහා කාලය ගත වන අතර අපි අලුත් ගොඩක් සමඟ අත්හදා බැලීමට ගියහොත් නැවතත් කඩා වැටිය හැක. IMF සමඟ අඛණ්ඩව සම්බන්ධ වීම ඉතා වැදගත් මෙන්ම පහසු කාර්යයක් නොවේ. අද තියෙන්නේ ෂෙහාන් සේමසිංහ වගේ අය ගොඩනගාගත් විශ්වාසය. JVP එක ආවොත් දැන් ඉන්න මහ බැංකු අධිපති සහ මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශ ලේකම් වෙනස් කරයිද ? . වත්මන් මහ බැංකු අධිපතිවරයා ගැන JVP විවේචනාත්මක විය. එය ජාත්‍යන්තර ප්‍රජාවට දැවැන්ත කම්පනයක් වනු ඇත. ඔවුන්ට නැවත ආරම්භ කිරීමට සිදුවනු ඇත. සමාජවාදී ආර්ථිකයන් සමඟ අපි දරුණු ලෙස අසාර්ථක විය. ඊට පස්සේ අපි මිශ්‍ර ආර්ථිකය කියමින් මිනිසුන්ව රැවටුවා.චන්ද්‍රිකා සහ මහින්දගේ කාලයේ. ඒකත් අසාර්ථක වෙලා අපි බංකොලොත් වුණා. අපි මේ සංකල්පය ගෙනාවේ අපේ රාජ්‍ය අංශය විනාශ කරන වෘත්තීය සමිති ආරක්ෂා කරන්න. ඔවුන් අඩුවෙන් වැඩ කරනවා, කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය වැඩියි, කොහොමත් අපේ බදුවලින් වැටුප් ලබනවා. ආණ්ඩුවේ වෘත්තීය සමිතියි ඇමතියි අත්වැල් බැඳගෙන යනවා..ඔයා මගේ පිට කහන්න මම ඔයාගේ මන් ඔයාගේ පිට කහන්නම් .ඒකෙන් උනේ ඇමතියා රිසි පරදි පාගා ගැහුව්වා උගේ පක්ෂයේ වුර්තිය සමිතිය ( trade union) බලයේ නිසා උන් අනිත් පැත්ත බැලුවා මොකෝ උන්ගේ පඩි ගොඩ දැම්මා තව තව සේවකයෝ බදවාගෙන මහා උන් අයිස් ගැහුව්වා කාංචන ඇමති මේක බිද දැමුවා. ඔවුන් තමන්ගේ වාසිය වෙනුවෙන් සටන් කරනවා මිස මිනිසුන්ට සේවය කරන්නේ නැහැ. ඉහත ආර්ථිකයන් සමඟ පළමුවෙනි ලෝකයට ගිය එක රටක් මට කියන්න. අපට අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ නිදහස් විවෘත වෙළෙඳපොළ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන ආර්ථිකයක්. රනිල් කී පරිදි ආණ්ඩුව ව්‍යාපාර නොකළ යුතුය. සමාජවාදී ආර්ථිකයන් සමඟ අපි දරුණු ලෙස අසාර්ථක විය. ඊට පස්සේ අපි මිශ්‍ර ආර්ථිකය කියමින් මිනිසුන්ව රැවටුවා.

ඉතිහාසය හරියට බලපු එකෙක් දන්නවා ලංකාවේ කවදාවත් සමාජවාදී ආණ්ඩුවක් නොතිබූ බව. සිරිමාවෝ රජය රුසියන් හිතවාදී. සමාජවාදී නොවේ. ඇය ගේ සංවුර්ත ආර්ථිකය වැරදි. නමුත් ඊට පසුව ආ ජේ ආර් නම් හාදයා විවුර්ත ආර්ථිකය වසර දෙකක ආක්‍රමවත් අනවශ්‍ය තරමේ අතිශය කඩිනම් වැඩපිළිවෙලකින් ගෙනල්ල තමයි ගම කෑවේ. විමලසුරේන්ද්‍ර propose කළ වසර 30 කරන්න විදුලි බලාගරය ක්‍ෂණිකව හැදුවට ඇද ඉන්න උපයන්නේ 20% කට අඩු විදුලි ධාරිතාවකි. 1978-80 දේශයේ වීරයා වූ ජේ ආර් පසුව උමතු වී 1980-82 තමා සමස්ත සර්වන්ගේ රෙදි ඔක්කොම ගලවාගෙන පසුව දුෂිත මැතිවරණයක් තබා (IMF ගියෙත් නෑ ) වසර 17ක්‌ ප්‍රජාතාන්ත්‍රික ලේබල්වාදී බලයක්ඒ කාධිපතිවාදී යූ එන් පියට ගොනු කළ. අනික NPP මාක්සවාදි. කොමියුනිස්ට් නොවේ. ඒ වගේම අන්ත සමාජවාදී නොවේ. වාම ලිබරල්. නිදහස් වෙළෙඳපොළ අගය කරන අය.අනික IMF එපා කිව්වේ නෑ. අපි ඇතැම් කොන්දේසි සංශෝධනය කරනවා කිව්වේ. සජබේ හර්ෂත් කියනවා IMF අවශ්‍ය බවත් නමුත් ස්ථාවරත්වය ඉක්මවා සංවර්ධනයට එකේ වැඩපිළිවෙලක් නැති බවත්

Sri Lanka doesn’t need additional tax laws and regulations; the existing ones are sufficient. The focus should be on collecting taxes from big businesses that are liable but avoiding payment. Start with your own political party-that’s what’s really needed. Harsha, consider generating dollars instead of always turning to the IMF

7 million below poverty line ? From where you got this figure ? AS AN UNEDUCATED I travel quite a bit around the country with a firm personal rappot with villages. When I visit Sigiriya to Katharagama over long holiday's, I am just astonished how almost 35% of population ( Below poverty line as per Dr.Harsha) keeps away enjoying a holiday with THEIR DISPOSABLE INCOME ?

Harsha and Eran cannot be good economists. They proved that when srilanka collapsed.Ranil saved srilanka from poverty and bankrupt.The even discouraged and criticised Ranil's attempts and never came forward to help him.they are against the betterment of the citizens😢

Yeap, Dr Paninna inna Harsha de Silva. Where are the exports you mentioned going to come from? Have you got any plan in place under SJB to generate exports. If you do, why didn't that work under the Yahapalanaya Government? Do you think the people are cuckoo in the head? We are with NPP for they know how to generate ways to have exports.
