In my humble opinion, Dr. Amos Wilson is one of the greatest minds, the Black community has ever produced. *Steel Talk*

EXCELLENT ❤️ Dr. Wilson is my COUSIN on my MOTHER’S side of my Wilson FAMILY from MISSISSIPPI ❤️❤️The GREAT AUTHOR Richard Wright is on that side of my family. His MOM’s FAMILY were WILSONS from Jackson Mississippi. My Grandmother was a Wilson and lived in Jackson Mississippi all her LIFE ❤️❤️❤️

🤔 As he talks about how some Blacks take their resources (power, influence, etc.) away from their own to prevent growth in our own communities, I couldn’t help but to think of Deion Sanders and how he left JSU, breaking down a powerhouse that could’ve accumulated self-love, admiration, respect, millions of dollars for JSU, the SWAC, and possibly other HBCUS. That whole scenario is a full-blown example of hate and self-hate. 😕

Did Dr. Wilson have a son?
@Rich-pc6py4 ай бұрын
How did that situation at JSU benefit Deion? All you talk about is how it benefited everyone else. This is how delusional the mind of our people are. It's all about what we can extract from someone else and they get nothing and should be satisfied with that. Btw that doesn't work, just look at the community.
@marybass54124 ай бұрын
@Rich-pc6py Excuse me Darling...I went to Jackson State doing the Summer of 1981🤣🤣 Sorry Deon Sanders was almost 45 years later...🤣🤣 HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY and PLEASE read carefully the NEXT time..before you respond..because you are looking delusional and STUPID 🤣🤣🤣

I have listened and studied a lot of pro black brothers and sisters, but this brother here, is something we all must follow, even though he gone, with the technology of different types of outlets, there is absolutely no reason we should still be lost. I just hate that I waited so long to wake up!
@sondrajean9556 жыл бұрын
Indeed. It has taken a long time for ALL of us to wake up. We've been brainwashed for a long time with "If you do this....then we'll do (you'll be, you'll have) this." The biggest LIE of all time is the "power of the vote" bullcorn. Are we better off having had black elected officials?

Yes we all should have known this man long before now. When I look back at my own life, I see that my biggest problem was my inability to love and accept myself. I was extremely insecure as a teenager and as an young adult. I'm glad I learned how to respect and love me so that I could in turn love others especially my young family members. Loving them into whole people has been trying at times, but it's a joy for me. Because I'm showing them how important it is to forgive, respect, and love one another.

🤔 As he talks about how some Blacks take their resources (power, influence, etc.) away from their own and give it to others, I couldn’t help but to think of Deion Sanders. That “slanderous” switch-up he did stunted what could’ve been an abundance of growth in the Jackson community, which is very much needed, not only because of the water crisis, but because Jackson is within the poorest state in America, Mississippi. Him leaving JSU the way he did broke down what could’ve been a powerhouse team that could’ve accumulated an abundance of self-admiration, respect, and millions of dollars for JSU and possibly other HBCUS. That whole scenario is a full-blown example of inferiority and self-hate. 😕
@bopcoppins53378 ай бұрын
Had a perfect defense about Deion's leaving Jackson State brother but somehow it got deleted!! Not that I could of completely given you a good reason for why he left because I too wanted him to stay because in doing so I foresaw a change taken shape but after gaining more knowledge of how greed and other duplicitous acts happen there I came to understand and accept his decisions to leave,sadly it boils down to the fact that the Willie Lynch syndrome played heavily into his decisions to abandon the black cause and community!!!
@CodyCole808 ай бұрын
@@bopcoppins5337 ??? Huh? If you’re speaking of the “JSU stole from me narrative,” he later admitted they didn’t in that Shannon Sharpe interview. Deion has a way of giving people fake allusions and assumptions, so he won’t look bad for not keeping his word. It’s all coming out now anyway. Those Colorado players are starting to spill the beans. Trust, it’s only the beginning.
