probably crown lengthening surgery. veneers would have to be replaced because the margin would need to change to accomodate for the gum being removed in order for an aesthetic result.

This type of treatment modifies the teeth irreversibly and the patient will require maintenance treatment for the rest of their lives. I just wish all patients understand the risks vs benefits before embarking on these procedures

Do they realise , veeners shaves the enamel , which u will never get back . Why would anyone do that ?

+Belal Ahmad The veneers themselves dont shave the enamel. You basically shave the enamel and then replace it with veneers. The veneers will last you roughly 20ish years, after which they can be replaced. It's all about wanting to look a certain way. If you have the money, why not invest in a nice smile?
