He is the man with heart ,the way he take cares of his employees like no boss does . one great incident happened a long ago when Dr kalam was the CEO of a space sector before becoming president one day an employee of his office had made promise to her daughter and son that he will come soon and take them to visit a science Congress and science museum ,on that day he completed all his work earlier and ask Dr kalam to leave early so that he can take his children to museum and young science Congress program. But Dr kalam said there was some work left that is needed to be send early ASAP after that u can go . While doing that job he was so busy that he forgot about his children and when he returned home he was so surprised that his boss (Dr kalam) personally came and took his children to museum and that science program
