Thank you! I've recently been diagnosed with fairly severe iron deficiency anemia (undetectable). Also my hemoglobin is extremely low. I've started taking iron supplements, and am waiting on test results to determine the cause. I can't wait to be able to get back to my workouts! Thank you for a nice explanation.
