How mitral stenosis make atrium prone to fibrillation = atrial enlargement

Stenosis means narrowing of the valve and when valve is narrow how come blood reach the left ventricle from left atrium so left atrium has to pump harder to push blood into left ventricle so left atrial pressure increases and left atrium dilates and pulmonary venous congestion occurs in order to tackle this congestion pulmonary artery hypertension sets in and causes right to left shunt and left atrium is pumping more harder which will lead to atrial fibrillation
