You need by now in 2025 to have 17,500 offices all over Kenya offering government services like passport, IDs, licensing services etc so a Kenyan does not need to travel from Kericho to Nairobi to apply for and get a passport and for that matter receive any and all government services. No Kenyan anywhere on Kenyan soil in 2025 need to travel more than half a mile to access a government service. The same should apply in irregular large nations like the US. No Kenyan should travel from one end of a continent to the other solely to access the high commission.
