That story about how the Doc made it out of the awful jam he was in with his old dump truck is miraculous! Something about jamming a ballpoint pen into a hole in the glovebox with angelic guidance. There’s nothing more fearsome than a catastrophic mechanical breakdown in the middle of nowhere! I split my transaxle in two on a boulder 60 miles out from the closest town in the Cascade mountains at 2:00am during winter for instance. This was long before cel phones and I had no credit cards, no AAA or insurance, or even a bank account. But the Doc has me beat. On fire in the desert!!!

I love this lecture. We need to become aware of our impermanence. And embrace the big S. Our higher Self. Peace and Love. Meditate on death! It is certain. This is a precious human rebirth. Wake up time!
