People tend to forget that the lawsuit would've had discovery, as this was someone suing someone else for monetary damages. Doc & Twitch would've been able to get their hands on anything they could, to prove the ban was, uncalled for in Docs defence, or Twitch were correct in banning him and cancelling the contract. Just having those supposed messages alone, would've been enough for Twitch to prove to the courts why they banned him. But they didn't let it get that far. They didn't go to court to prove why the lawsuit was bogus against them and they had the right to ban him. Twitch settled out of court. With Twitch not reporting this to the authorities, because if this is true, they allowed a minor to be in danger. Now this guy who used to work for twitch, is saying this. With no proof. Either the guy is extremely dumb & just wants clout, or he has an extremely good lawyer. As this will more than likely end up in another lawsuit.

The CEO of Twitch has publicly stated that their platform is struggling financially which could be one reason that they would sit on the whole story. 2. The Doc can easily end all of this by publicly posting his twitch whisper chat log. 3. The fact that this was brought forward 2 years ago and now 2 years after that by people in position to know if it's true or not holds a lot of weight. Either that Cody person is very crazy posting false allegations or he knows what's true. Try applying some simple logic to the whole thing. Why would a person say something as horrible as that knowing that it's all false and also knowing that they'll get cooked and thrown in prison? If you're a fan of the Doc then go to social media and beg him to show evidence that will show his innocents and do the same to have the CEO of Twitch do it too. If you don't see any one of those parties end this drama right now, then it is possible that the whole thing is true. No lawyers needed for this just those two parties.
